Transmissions is a collection that seeks to investigate the passage of time on objects. It is inspired by a collective image: ghostly silhouettes of old furniture covered in white sheets, sleeping creatures hidden somewhere in an attic.

A scenography tracks a passage through a labyrinth of objects, leading us to the unveiling of the cardinal piece.

The Claire lounge chair is simple and yet complex. The simplicity of its universal form makes it a timeless piece. The complexity of the walnut frame is a distinct example of old-world wood craftsmanship. The hand carved wood frame is a continuous loop that subtly changes angles as it moves around the chair. The canted back legs are seamlessly integrated into the upholstered back and give the design a sense of motion. The unadorned seat and back provide a blank canvas for the fabric selections and thus, its transformation.

Casino is a streamlined modular sofa, comprised of twelve pieces.  The strength of the design rests in the subtlety of its shape and in the simplicity of the way the back blends with the seat. Twelve modular pieces are designed to create diverse configurations: from a loveseat to a circular conversation unit or to a serpentine sofa.

The Chapelle privacy lounge brings flowing lines and a minimal silhouette to a category of products that is typically utilitarian. The design features an exterior cocoon which integrates the back cushions into the elegant S-shaped profile of the separations. An elliptical seat floats on contoured cast-aluminum legs and nestles into the enclosure to create a cohesive form.
