Obi is the name given to the sash on a Japanese kimono, which looks simple to fasten but, in reality, attaching the bands is an art in itself. Taking this complexity as inspiration, the Obi table is composed of a wood band which binds the object’s parts together.

Synthesized by a single handwritten sign, Air France’s logo is a tribute to curves and lines. The flowing qualities of the identity become the red thread for the lounges. The colour red is a strong marker for excellence and uniqueness.

An apparently massive, yet easily reversible object which can be placed in any direction. It seems to float, held in place by the balance of its proportions. A vase of unexpected dimensions, bordering on the abstract.
